What are we looking for?
We currently have an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager – Orlando, FL and the Caribbean for some national territories. The Regional Sales Manager will be located in Orlando, FL will be responsible for managing, implementing and achieving sales goals, new marketing strategies, building strong relationship and selling to all levels of management.
What will you do?
This candidate must possess:
* Bachelor’s degree; interior designer background preferred
* A background with a minimum 7+ year of sales experience with proven track record in the hospitality, casino / gaming, government and public area markets.
* Able to travel to trade shows and some territory visits to key corporate accounts.
* Possess strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven organization/planning skills.
* Professional attire required when visiting client sites.
* Efficient with Microsoft Office programs and sales databases. (SAP opportunity
Pipe line software)
* Able to present company products and benefits to large designer audiences, individual executive level managers and at tradeshows. (Lunch and learn)
* Ability to sell face to face, via phone or email.
* A highly motivated and independent individual with a positive attitude is required.
* A fast learner, a self starter and possess strong negotiation skills.
* Time management skills are critical.
* Must also prepare bids and quotes, attend and help set up trade shows, follow up on leads and marketing strategies from the marketing department.
This position offers a competitive commission-based salary with potential for $150K or higher and a guaranteed $50K - $75K within the first year.
